We follow strict masking and protection protocols to safeguard raceways, fixtures, and building systems during application. Where lead-based paint is present, our team is trained under the EPA Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) program to handle existing coatings safely and in full compliance.

Industrial epoxy systems on federal sites have to perform. Floors in military warehouses, motor pools, hangars, and maintenance facilities take heavy forklift traffic, chemical exposure, and constant use. We install epoxy systems that are specified for those conditions — not residential or light commercial grade.
Our crews handle surface preparation, primer, epoxy application, and floor striping as part of the same scope. We work to federal and military coating specifications and can accommodate static dissipative systems where required for sensitive equipment areas.

Roof Coating
Coating an existing roof extends its service life without the cost and disruption of a full replacement. On federal facilities, that matters — both from a budget standpoint and because occupied buildings can rarely go offline for a re-roof.
Goggans Coatings applies roof coating systems to metal roofs, flat and low-slope roofs, and existing membrane systems, including PVC, EPDM, and BUR. We also apply skylight coatings. Our crews assess existing conditions before recommending a system, and we document the scope to meet federal project requirements.

Proper surface prep is what separates a coating that lasts from one that fails. Most federal coating specifications require a defined surface profile before any paint or coating is applied. Our crews are equipped for the full range of surface preparation methods and handle the documentation required to verify compliance.
We use dustless blasting where containment and environmental controls are required, sandblasting for steel walls and vertical surfaces, bead blasting for floors, and grinding for metal and concrete surfaces. We can mobilize for surface prep as a standalone scope or as part of a larger painting and coating project.
